Vu exploded onto the local scene thanks to Emmy award winning outdoor reporter Grant McOmie.  Grant did a story on Vu and caught the attention of many — including us.  Vu’s no secret though.  He’s a well-known steelheader having logged consistent catches, mostly from the bank, on a variety of rivers in the area.  His seminar is titled, “How To Be A More Efficient & Effective Steelheader…Bankie Style.”  For those looking to improve or gain additional insight to anglers just getting their steelheading journey started, Vu Tran’s session is one you won’t want to miss.  He’ll cover the gear needed, how to read water, bait and what it is he does to be so successful, so often.  His seminars to local fishing groups are well-attended and we couldn’t be happier to have him in this year’s line-up.  Please welcome Vu Tran to the Sportsmen’s Show seminar series right along with us.  Vu’s session is scheduled for noon on Saturday.
