Specializing in cooking/smoking award winning ribs, brisket and pork for over 45 years. In 2009 cooked over 1,400 racks of ribs for an event in Tennessee. Moved to The Dalles, OR, in 2010 and began cooking for company event, weddings and office parties. Even though I’m known as “the Rib Dude”, I turn out a savory brisket and juicy pulled pork. Attend the Sportsmen’s Shows in Washington and Oregon, and I’ll show you how to tweak the 3 keys to easy cooking – Preparation, Time and Temperature. It’s fun, It’s easy and most of the time you can still eat your mistakes!
The Rib Dude’s seminars will cover in each session, the selection of ribs, brisket and pork; discuss various types of cooking equipment; different rubs to use; how long to cook each type of meat and at what temperature to cook. Questions are welcomed.
