WASHINGTON STATE FAIR EVENTS CENTER

The Washington Sportsmen’s Show is located at the Washington State Fair Events Center in downtown Puyallup, WA.

DIRECTIONS

From Olympia and the South

  •  Take I-5 North to Highway 512, Exit 127
  • Follow Highway 512 east for 8 miles to the exit marked 9th St. SW / 94th Ave. E
  • Turn left over the freeway (onto 9th Street SW) and go down the hill for 1.4 miles
  • Parking Lots are on the right side of Fairview Dr SW

If traffic is congested…

  • Continue on Highway 512 to the Meridian Street S. or Pioneer Avenue E. exits
  • Follow the signs to Fair Parking Lots

 

From North or South Bound I-5 in Tacoma

  • Take exit #135 to Puyallup
  • Follow the signs to Puyallup
  • At the first stop light you can turn right to Pioneer Way East; or continue to the left on River
    Road

Pioneer Way route:

  • Travel 5.2 miles to 72nd Street E
  • Turn left to stay on Pioneer Way E
  • Continue 1.9 miles to Puyallup’s 5th Street SW
  • Turn right to 5th Street SW and follow the signs to Fair Parking Lots

River Road route:

  • Travel 4.2 miles to Puyallup’s 18th Street NW
  • Turn right to 18th Street NW
  • Follow the signs Fair Parking Lots

 

From Seattle and the North

  • Take I-5 South to the Puyallup Exit #142B in Federal Way. As exiting, stay in the left lane
  • Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, then turn left at the first traffic light onto
    Highway 161
  • Travel approximately eight miles into the Puyallup Valley. (Highway 161 becomes Meridian
    Street in Puyallup.) Continue south through town
  • Turn Right at River Road
  • Turn left at 4th Street NW
  • Follow the signs to Fair Parking Lots

or

  • Take I-5 South to the I-405 North interchange, exit 154A, to Renton
  • Take Exit 2 to Highway 167 toward Kent/Auburn. Travel South on Highway 167 for
    approximately 20.2 miles to Highway 512 West . Travel 1.3 miles to the first exit, Pioneer Avenue. At the light at the end of the exit turn right.
    Continue east to 13th Street SE
  • Turn right at 13th Street SE
  • Turn Right at 7th Avenue SE to Fair Parking
  • Follow the signs to Fair Parking Lots

If traffic is congested…

  • Continue on Highway 167 to the end of Highway. (Stay to the left).
  • Turn Left at Meridian Street
  • Turn Right at River Road
  • Turn Left at 4th Street NW
  • Follow the signs to Fair Parking Lots

 

From Bellevue and the Eastside

  • Take I-90 to I-405 South. Take Exit 2 to Highway 167 toward Kent/Auburn
  • Travel South on Highway 167 for approximately 20.2 miles to 512 West
  • Travel 1.3 miles to the first exit, Pioneer Avenue. At the light at the end of the exit turn right.
    Continue East to 13th Street SE
  • Turn right at 13th Street SE
  • Turn Right at 7th Avenue SE to Fair Parking Lots

If traffic is congested…

  • Continue on Highway 167 to the end of Highway. (Stay to the left).
  • Turn Left at Meridian Street
  • Turn Right at River Road
  • Turn Left at 4th Street NW
  • Follow the signs to Fair Parking Lots

PUBLIC TRANSIT

PIERCE TRANSIT

Pierce Transit has two bus routes that will get you within feet of the entrance to the show. Click on either link below to get detailed transit directions from your current location. Just use either of the stops highlighted in yellow below as your destination. Fairs are $2 for Adults and $0.75 for Youth (6-18). ORCA cards are accepted on all Pierce Transit busses.

Take from Downtown Tacoma to Puyallup
Stops right at the entrance to the show on Meridian and 10th St.
